Teaching is a very tough profession. Teachers are expected to juggle so many issues each day that the most patient person would soon suffer from fatigue. But, a new British study reveals that when students are frustrated with repeated substitute teachers, poor teaching methods, and poor leadership, they misbehave.
Administrators were busy working on school reform and teachers lacked leadership. However, the study found that teachers who developed relationships with students and varied how they taught classes had few discipline problems.
The schools that have lower drop out rates and better behaved students provide quality teaching that is relevant
