» Khadijah11 - Student Needs and Youth Development

Your article on how to motivate youth to learn was on point. The different categories you gave were accurate, from my experience and give insight into how students are programmed before they even get to us.

The description of the student who prefers someone older because someone older "knows better" was a perfect example of what adultism ultimately does to young minds (I write about adultism in my latest blog).

Love your topics and inspired by your knowledge base. You started teaching the year I was born and to learn that you still find joy in your field after over thirty years is both inspirational and empowering to me. Your energy and positivity is conveyed through your varied sites. Best wishes to you!
