I agree that the spirit of NCLB is not being followed. It has been almost 7 years since the Act was passed and I believe it is time for a re-evaluation of what is working and what isn't.
Even good plans need tweeked and adjusting once in actual practice. To say the original was fine and will continue to be fine is like driving a car and thinking you don't have to make any corrections to your course along the way.
