That is so true. My sister works for a major insurance company and half or more of the supervisors are former teachers. It is hard to find one that has taught 10 years. Average years of teaching seems to be about 7. Many teachers state that lack of support from administration and unreasonable parents are as much of an issue (if not more) than the students. The paperwork is so huge now that it is interferring with teaching. Education needs to be restructured.
